How long are our tours
Our harbor tours run 1.5 hours and our bar/restaurant hop is 3 hours. However, all trips may be cut short due to weather and sea conditions. The safety and comfort of our passengers is our highest priority.
Bad weather
Most of our tours will run if there is light rain or other moderate weather conditions. In the rare event that we have to cancel a trip due to severe wind or weather, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or text. You will have the opportunity to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel cruises if weather conditions are not conducive.
Will I get wet
Usually we don't get wet. The pontoon boat has an awning and Fancy has plastic windows and a roof. However, if it rains or if it is a windy day you may get an occasional spray from the water. On rainy days, a rain-jacket or poncho is recommended.
Is it customary to tip the crew
Yes, the crew works hard for your cruising enjoyment. If you think they deserve it the customary amount is similar to restaurants.
If you are pregnant
Our tours are safe, calm and comfortable. There are no restrictions for pregnant women, but we recommend consulting your doctor to be sure. We are on moving vessel which creates an unstable atmosphere. If we feel that it is unsafe for you to board due to your pregnancy, or any condition, we may ask you to make alternate plans.
Is smoking permitted
Smoking is NOT permitted on any of our boats.
Are life jackets provided
Yes! We take boating safety very seriously and life jackets are always provided for each person in your party and for all ages and sizes.
Children under 12 years old are required to wear provided life jackets while on the boats.
Can we bring coolers and food
Your group can bring 1 medium sized cooler and snacks aboard Fancy.
Larger coolers are allowed on Tiny Tiki along with coolers for food and snacks. A large cooler and ice is also available for your use.
Are pets allowed
Pets are NOT allowed on our boats at any time.
However, special arrangements can be made for private cruises. Ask about pets when you make your reservation.
May we bring Alcohol on board
Yes. (Beer and or Wine Only) However, drunk and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. The captain reserves the right to terminate the tour at any time should he feel the need to and no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 14 days prior to date of trip. Partial refunds will not be given.
